Terms of Service
Last updated October 15, 2026
By using Swoop Mail you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Swoop.
The service
Swoop connects to your Gmail account to sort your inbox and to archive, label, trash or unsubscribe from mail when you (or Autopilot, if you turn it on) ask it to. Actions can be undone from History for 30 days, except unsubscribing, which happens at the sender.
Your responsibilities
- Use Swoop only with Gmail accounts you own or are allowed to manage.
- Review what Swoop suggests; you're responsible for the actions you apply.
- Don't misuse the service, try to break it, or access other people's data.
Sorting is automated
Swoop uses automated classification and can be wrong. It never permanently deletes mail, and Autopilot only acts when it's confident, but you should not rely on Swoop as the only way you notice important email.
Availability and changes
Swoop is provided as is. We may change or stop features, and we'll update these terms when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
Ending your use
You can disconnect and delete your data at any time in Settings. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Swoop isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for lost or missed email.
